Sarah Kirkpatrick

Evening Public Ledger, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, June 4, 1920, Page 3, Col. 4: Mrs. Sarah Bowne, ninety-seven years old, widow of Joseph G. Bowne, at one time a state Senator in New Jersey, died yesterday at her home 805 North Fortieth street. She was born at Ringoes, N. J., a daughter of the Rev. Dr. Jacob Kirkpatrick. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Nevius, eighty-seven years old and Miss Mary Kirkpatrick, eighty-one years old; five grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The funeral will be at the home at 7:30 o'clock tomorrow evening, and burial will be at her former home, Lambertville, N.J., Saturday.
