Mr. Sluder was born Jan. 8, 1883 in McDonald County, Mo. He moved here with his family at the age of three and had lived here since. He married the former Florence McVey in Greensburg June 9, 1924. He was a member of the Church of Christ here. Survivors are the widow; a step-daughter, Mrs. Violet Ferguson, Burbank, Okla.; a sister, Mrs. Bernice Bugher, Webb City, Mo.; five brothers, James Edward, Winnemucca, Nev.; Joe, Webb City, Mo.; Carl, Joplin, Mo.; John Leland, Fruita, Colo., Leslie Pueblo, Colo.; eight step grandchildren and eight step-great-grandchildren. Funeral will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Fleener Chapel, Greensburg. Burial will be in Fairview cemetery, Greensburg.
