Albert Earl King Sr., prominent Berkeley realtor for the past 30 years, died today at a local hospital following a short illness. He was 69. Mr. King, who was born in Alexander, Kan., came to Berkeley 31 years ago and founded King and Son Realty Co. He was a member of the Methodist Church and Berkeley Realty Board. Survivors include four children, Virginia King of Berkeley, Mrs. DeVore Van Buskirk of El Cerrito, Albert E. J., of Kensington and Robert W. of El Cerrito, and five grandchildren. Arrangements are pending at Edward E. Niehaus Co., 2640 Grove St.
