He was formerly a resident of Olden. Survivors: Son, Charles Parker of Odessa; daughters, Judith LeBlanc of Arlington and Amanda Sue Cochran of Suffolk, Va.; 10 grandchildren; 19 great-great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and a brother, Homer Parker, of Florida.
