Memorial service will be held Tuesday at St. Margaret Episcopal Church, Palm Desert, Calif. Survivors are his wife, Sheila of Indian Wells; son, Richard Irwin; daughter, Ms. Carol Miller. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Warren B. Irvin Fund CNS/ALS, c/o Center for Neurologic Study, 1211 Sorrento Valley Rd., San Diego, Calif. 92121.
