2) Atlanta Constitution, 28 November 1917: BRODNAX -- Died, November 27, 1917, at the residence of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. S.E. Brodnax, 10 St. Augustine place, Atkins Prak, May Stansell Brodnax, in the ninth year of her age. Besides her parents she is survived by one sister, Sarah Belle. On account of the nature of the disease, the funeral will be private and will be held at 1:00 p.m. today at the North View mausoleum. Rev. L.O. Bricker will officiate. Please send flowers care of H.M. Patterson & Son.
