Wyoming Post Herald, Wyoming, Illinois, Wednesday, November 11, 1903, Page 5, Col. 3: Supt. Kimber Dead. Richard M. Kimber, superintendent of the Galesburg division of the C. B. & Q., died at 9 o'clock Friday night, his death being due to a cancerous growth on his face. The funeral occurred Sunday, and a special train passed over the branch Sunday morning for the accommodation of railway employes (sic) who wished to attend the funeral.

The funeral of Superintendent Richard M. Kimber will be held in the Methodist church at Galesburg tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock. Quite a party of Quincy friends and acquaintances and fellow workers in the employ of the Burlington system will go up tomorrow morning on the 6 o'clock train.
