Survivors: wife, Markeyta; children, Stephen Kent II (Michelle), Scott Kendell (Shelley Symmonds); grandson, Wyatt Stephen; brothers, David (Sally), Tom (Joyce); sisters, DeAnn (Art Haag), Marsha (Roger Haag). He was born March 14, 1939 in Wichita and attended school in Wichita. He served on the Wichita Police Dept. during the 1960's and 70's. He moved to Texas and was involved in Agri-business insurance and was a Wildlife Rehabilitator. There will be a private graveside service.
