Posted at findagrave.com: James W. Resley, 66, of Las Cruces died in an El Paso hospital. He was a lifelong resident of the area and was a retired farmer. He was the son of George E. and Kate L. Resley. Funeral services were at Graham's Chapel, with Mack Kercheville of El Paso and Salvador Lozano of the Spanish Church of Christ in Las Cruces officiating. Burial was in the Masonic Cemetery. Survivors included his wife, Maria Elena; two sons: James B. Resley of El Paso and Louis Resley of Las Cruces; three daughters: Shirley Womach of El Paso, Shera Teele of El Paso and Mary Helen Resley of Las Cruces; two brothers: Walter of Caballo and Ernest of Fort Stockton, TX; two sisters, Clara Baver of San Francisco and Kathleen McMillian of La Jolla, CA.
