osted at findagrave.com: Obitutary, Atlanta Constitution, October 16, 1921: John H. Brodnax, Aged 63, died at his residence, 352 Ormond St., Saturday morning. He is survived by one son, Harry S. Brodnax; a brother, E.B. Brodnax of Carrollton, and two uncles, S.H. and T.H. Brodnax. He is also survived by a sister, Ada B. Stone, of New York City.
Atlanta Constitution, 16 October 1921: BRODNAX--The friends of Mr. John H. Brodnax, Mr. and Mrs. Harry S. Brodnax, Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Brodnax, Carrollton, Ga.; Mrs. Ada Stone, New York; Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Brodnax, Mr. and Mrs. T. H. Brodnax and Mr. and Mrs. P. S. Thompson, all of Walnut Grove, Ga., are invited to attend the funeral of Mr. John H. Brodnax this (Sunday) afternoon at 12:15 o'clock from the chapel of Greenberg & Bond Co., Rev. Dr. Parrish officiating. Interment Newnan, Ga. The Spanish War Veterans are requested to meet at the chapel at 12 noon.
