Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ, Conway. Burial will be in Crestlawn Memorial Park, Conway, by Roller-McNutt Funeral Home of Conway. Survivors are two sons, Jim Fowler of Hot Springs and Ray Fowler of Sherwood; a daughter, Nadine Pickard of Magnolia; four stepsons, Lawrence Fowler of Portland, Ore., Isaac Fowler Jr. and Franklin Fowler, both of California, Clarence Fowler of Arizona; two stepdaughters, Lola Warren and Juanita Esque, both of California; a foster daughter and several grandchilden.
