Posted at findagrave.com: Emogene Chancey , 83, of Odessa, a pilot, died Thursday, Sept. 2, 1999, at her residence. She was born in Marfa, lived in Del Rio and returned to Odessa in 1998. Survivors: Husband, Jim Chancey of Odessa; sons, Jay P. Chancey of Odessa and Terry William Chancey of Odessa; daughter, Andrea Green,of Odessa; nine grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Hubbard-Kelly Chapel Hill with the Rev. David Henry officiating. Burial will be in the Marfa Cemetery.
