Funeral services were held Monday in Riesel, Texas, for Mrs. Mary Tennie [Jennie] Elliott, 75, a resident of the Community Home in Port Arthur for the last three years, who died Saturday in St. Mary's Hospital in Port Arthur. Burial was in the Riesel cemetery. She is survived by four sisters, Mrs. Minnie Tate of Dallas, Mrs. George McKinley of Lubbock, Mrs. George McCutcheon of Gainesville, and Mrs. Vivian Brooks of Milano; a brother W. H. Hardeman of Longview; a stepdaughter, Mrs. W. D. Toler of Beauxarts Gardens and two stepsons, the Rev. Michael Elliott of Kansas City and Patrick J. Elliott of Los Angeles.
