Posted at findagrave.com: Link, Earl James, died peacefully on Monday January 29, 2018 at the age of 89. He was born on January 19,1929 to Elroy and Virgie Link(nee Galnore). He was a devoted husband to the late Dolores Link (nee Lemons). He is survived by his three daughters, Robin Link(Larry), Dana Carlos(Tom), and Julie Adelmann (Joe). He was a loving Grandfather to James (Holli) Adelmann, Timothy (Tanya) Adelmann, Stephanie Adelmann, Daniel (Kristen) Carlos, Kristin (David) Busken and loving great-grandfather to Molly Adelmann, Peyton Hagan, and Ava Jane Carlos. He will be missed by his life long in-laws, Angie Lemons, Doris Ryan, Dorothy Luttman, Roger Lemons and Diana Johnson. He will also be missed by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and so many cherished friends.

Earl was a proud Marine Veteran. He was a devoted member and leader of the usher organization at Grace Chapel Lutheran Church. He lived a life of integrity, humility, and compassion. He will be remembered for his keen wit and generous spirit. The family wishes to acknowledge the compassionate care Earl received at Garden View Care Center in Chesterfield, MO.

Services: Funeral service at the SCHRADER Funeral Home and Crematory, 14960 Manchester Road at Holloway, Ballwin, Friday, 10:00 a.m. with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association. Visitation Thursday 4-8 p.m.
