Violet Kirkpatrick, aged three, died at St. Vincent's infirmary Monday of burns received when her flannel nightgown was ignited at her home on the Lawson road near Ferndale at 8 a.m. yesterday. Her father was sleeping and her mother was in the yard when the child climbed from bed and talked too near a stove. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Griffin-Leggett.
