Poplar Bluff, Mo., Dec. 27,---(A.P.)---An unruly cow was blamed today for the death last night of Anderson Dowty, 48, Mill Springs, Mo., farmer, Dowty was leading the cow with a rope when the animal jerked back, pulling the rope through his hand and causing burns from which tetanus developed.
