She was a retired English teacher, a member of First United Methodist Church of Mulberry, veteran of World War II and a member of the Crawford County Retired Teachers Association. Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church of Mulberry. Funeral will be 10 a.m. Saturday at First united Methodist Church of Mulberry, with burial at New Cemetery of Mulberry under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home. Survivors include her husband, Carroll "Cotton" Havener; three daughters, Carol Smith of Parron, Ark., Mrs. Gary Cunningham of Plainview, and Mrs. Dorvan Wiley of Van Buren; a sister, Mrs. Jack Paul of Ozark; and six grandchildren.
