She was born June 18, 1930 in Delhi, Louisiana to the late George and Mae Bell (Fautheree) Dulaney. Marie was a seamstress and craftsman and was a founding member of the Ladies Of The Village in Splendora, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Harold Kirkpatrick, brothers, Charlie Lee Dulaney, George Edmond Dulaney, Jr. Survivors are her sons, Robert Edwards of Patton Village, Texas, Jimmy Edwards of Porter, Texas, George Kirkpatrick of Emerson, Arkansas, Charles Kirkpatrick of the Philippines; daughters, Anna Sindelar of Splendora, Texas, Debbie Collins of Splendora, Texas, Cynthia Hall of Magnolia, Arkansas, Belinda Ainsworth of Springhill, Louisiana; sisters, Mae Rucker of Jefferson, Texas, Christine Dalton of Caledonia, Arkansas, Maxine Covington of Prescott, Arkansas, Dean Ainsworth of Henderson, Texas; 20 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 28th at Christies Chapel Church. officiating. Burial will follow at Christies Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Lewis Funeral Home, Inc. of Magnolia, Arkansas. Pallbearers and honorary pallbearers will be her grandsons.
