(AP) ---Lester Herbert, 45, Rapid City, was found dead in his burned car along the Bethlehem Cave Road northwest of Piedmont. The Meade County sheriff's office said the body was found early Thursday morning. Authorities said the vehicle had gone over an embankment and was still smoldering when investigating officers arrived. The body was burned. Officials said they believed the vehicle left the road sometime Wednesday night or early Thursday.
