Born in Enfield, she lived in Springfield from 1966 to 1975, and in California seven years. She was a clerk for Blue Cross/Blue Shield of New York 15 years, and also a sales clerk for Albert Steiger and Co. in Longmeadow. She was a communicant of Our Lady of Peace Church, Sepulveda. She leaves two daughters, Madeline Hillin of Wartarce, Tenn., and Joan McChesney of Granada Hills, Calif.; a brother, Arthur M. Gendron of Connecticut; a sister, Catherine Pierce of West Springfield; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. The funeral will be Monday at George B. Tazzini & Son Funeral Home and in Immaculate Conception Church, West Springfield, with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery.
