Warren, 84, a longtime resident of Poplar Bluff, Mo., died Wednesday, Dec. 1, 2010 at the Cedargate. Mr. Warren was born May 13, 1926, in Bernie, Mo. He worked as a maintenance man at Westwood Hills Country Club and also a Baptist minister. He was a veteran of the U. S. Army having serviced in World War II and the Korean War. Mr. Warren enjoyed golf, and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. In 1979, he was married to Ruth Warren in Florida. She preceded him [in] death on Dec. 19, 2003. Visitation will begin at noon Monday at Fitch-Hillis Funeral Home. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. at Woodlawn Cemetery with the Rev. Byron Beck officiating.
