Goldsmith Sr., 86, of 4551 Kennington Drive, will be at 2:30 p.m. tomorrow in Lewis Colonial Mortuary. He died yesterday in a convalescent hospital. Goldsmith was a Post Office letter carrier for 30 years. Born in Indiana, he lived in the county 55 years. He was a 50 year member of the Masonic Lodge in La Fontaine, Ind., a past chancellor of the Grand Lodge of Knights of Pythias there, a member of Normal Heights Methodist Church and the National Association of Letter Carriers, San Diego Branch 70. Surviving are his widow, Florence L.; three sons, Ralph Louis and Charles T. Jr.; two daughters, Mrs. Mary Swan and Mrs. Helen Weber, all of San Diego; 11 grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. Entombment will be in Cypress View Mausoleum.
