Cremation services were scheduled today for Barbara Lee whitehead, a native of Santa Cruz, who died Saturday at a local hospital following a long illness. She was 45. Mrs. Whitehead was the bartender at the Senator Club in Santa Cruz for the past 2 years. She is survived by her daughters, Cathy L. Williams and Challa M. Whitehead; sons, Robert R. Williams and Ricky L. Williams; mother, Edith B. Allbrook; sisters, Nancy L. Crafton, Shirley M. Gibson and Grace E. Patlan; brothers, Louis W. Hosier, Edward L. Hosier, William L. Hosier and Michael R. Powers; one grandmother; seven grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins, all of Santa Cruz. Cremation services were under the direction of Arnold's Funeral Home, 1902 Ocean St. Extension. Interment will be private.
