The Sacramento Bee, Sacramento, California, Saturday, December 11, 2010: Brown, Mabel Lorraine Passed away on December 7, 2010 at the age of 90. Born in Andes, Montana, she was the daughter of Otto and Neva Olson. The family moved to Minnesota in 1935. Married in 1939 to Lester Brown, who preceded her in death after 49 years of marriage. They moved to California during WWII. Mabel was also preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, Hazel, Margaret, Marion and Evelyn and two brothers, Herbert and Harvey Olson. She is survived by her two sons, Tony, (wife Donna) and Scott Brown (wife Elaine), 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Alzheimer's Association.
