William Thomas (Tom) Hannah, 74 years old, 910 Missouri avenue, died at his home at 4:30 o'clock Saturday morning. Born May 15, 1892, at Washburn, Mo., Mr. Hannah had resided in Joplin most of his life. He was a veteran of World War I and a member of the Church of Christ and the Masonic Lodge at Wheaton. Survivors include his widow, Mary, whom he married November 7, 1965, at Shawnee, Okla.; three daughters, Mrs. Violet Hatfield, Shawnee, Okla., Mrs. Elsie Stephens, Joplin route 3, and Mrs. Stella Newton, 2417 Murphy avenue; a brother, Harry Hannah, Caney, Kan.; a sister, Mrs. Violet Perrin, Los Angeles, Calif., and five grandchildren. Funeral services will be announced by Mason Chapel.
