Unable to find obituary, but his will being entered into probate follows:
Circleville Daily Union Herald, Circleville, Ohio, September 8, 1927, page 9: Tatman Will Probated. The will of Riley Tatman, late of Derby was probated Thursday. the testator leaves all his personal property and real estate to his wife, Rachel Tatman. After her death it is to be equally divided between his daughter, Anna Walker, a granddaughter, Mabel Drake and a step-son Willie B. Iles. In a codicil, a request is made that the part of his estate devised to his daughter, Anna Walker, is to be held in trust by Mabel Drake and she is to hold same and the income is to be used for his daughter's support. The estate is estimated to be worth $4,000 of which $1,500 is personal. Dr. A. I. Stump was named and qualified as executor. Harry Matthaes, I. C. Hill and A. M. Daugherty were named appraisers.
