He retired from Colorado College and retired from the Air Force after 23 years of service. Mr. Delph was born Feb. 2, 1921, in Red Cloud, Neb., to Albert Delph and Ethel Kirkpatrick, who are deceased. He was married April 16, 1948, to Henrietta C. "Boots" Phillips. He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Barbara K.; and two grandsons. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Rebecca Ann Delph-Kniffen. A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Shrine of Remembrance "America the Beautiful" Chapel of Roses, 1730 E. Fountain Blvd., 634-1597. Entombment will be at Shrine of Remembrance Mausoleum Gate of Heaven.
