Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie May Stanhope, 84, of the Washington Veterans' Home, Retsil, will be at 1 o'clock tomorrow in the Wiggen & Sons chapel. Burial will be in Washelli. Mrs. Stanhope died Wednesday. Born in Green Forest, Ark., she had resided in Seattle 52 years and went to Retsil two years ago. Her husband, Claude, a former Seattle policeman, died in 1958. Surviving are two daughters, rs. Gladys May Cathey, Seattle and Mrs. Lu Ella Mary Heighton, San Diego; a son, Coral S Stanhope, North Bend; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Bush, Seattle; three brothers, George Phillips, Snohomish, Roy Phillips, Seattle, Cecil Phillips, Woodinville. Mrs. Stanhope was a member of the Lake View Free Methodist Church and the Veterans Widows Association.
