Mrs. LeFaive was born in Portland. She was in Portland. She was a member of the Ancient Order of United Workmen. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. E. R.* (Lucille) Perez of Suisun City, Calif., Mildred Johnson and Mrs. Lloyd M. (Patricia) Knox, both of Tacoma, and Mrs. Herman E. (Florence) Fletcher of Ruston; 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
