Bob Lockeby and the Rev. Chris Lockeby. Burial: Memory Gardens Cemetery, with full military rites. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at George L. Gay Funeral Home & Crematorium, Iowa City. Survivors include his wife, Evelyn; three stepdaughters, Terri Blomme of Homestead, Fla., and Mary Ridenour and Brenda Brenneman, both of Iowa City; a stepson, Tom Chapman of Iowa City; two sisters, Minnie Tomas of Oxford and Lorene Klein of Coralville; and a brother, Laverne Rotter of Oxford.
