Hill, 75, a retired Platteville farmer who died at his home here Monday after a long illness, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Karrmann funeral home. The Rev. Raymond J. Fleming, pastor of the First Methodist church, will officiate. Burial will be in the Rock Church cemetery at Livingston.

Mr. Hill was born in this town of Clifton, Grant County, and farmed near Livingston and Fennimore, before moving to a farm near here in 1916. He retired and moved here in 1929. He was a member of the First Methodist church. Surviving are his wife; two sons, Arthur and Harold, both of Platteville; two daughters, Mrs. Henry Schrader, Philadelphia; and Mrs. William Morris, Springfield, Ill.; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
