Waycross Journal-Herald, Waycross, Georgia, March 7, 1945, Page 8, Col. 2: Mrs. W. L. Reese. Funeral services for Mrs. Lillian Fisher Reese, 51, wife of the Rev. W. L. Reese of Waycross, will be held Thursday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the First Christian Church, conducted by the Rev. J. Randall Farris, pastor. Mrs. Reese died Monday morning at a local hospital. The body will lie in state at the church from 1 till 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon, it is announced. Burial will be at her former home in Jefferson City, Mo. W. L. Hinson and Company is in charge of arrangements.
