From the Wisconsin State Journal, Sunday, August 2, 1970, Page 4, Section 4: Mount Horeb--Dennis Dobson, 60, Mount Horeb, died Saturday (Aug. 1, 1970) in a Madison hospital after a long illness. He was a bartender for many years. Surviving are his wife, the former Valleta Peters; three daughters, Mrs. Dwane Brooks, Lancaster; Mrs. Calvin Sambei, in Hawaii; and Mrs. Karen Cue, Dubuque, Ia.; and two sons, John, Belmont and Charles, Platteville; a brother, David, Mifflin; and eight grandchildren. The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the Gesme-Ellestad Funeral Home, where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. Monday.
