Donald T. Henion was born Aug. 6, 1897, to Mr. and Mrs. William H. Henion in Huron where they homesteaded. He attended Huron College and was a rancher. He married Iris Henion Jan. 29, 1922. They had celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary this past January.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Iris Henion of Nashville; one daughter, Mrs. Ben P. Shields, and one grandson, Ben P. Shields Jr., both of Nashville; one granddaughter, Shelly Ann Shields of Costa Mesa, Calif.; one brother, Dr. J. H. Henion of Pasadena, Calif.; and two nieces, Hazel Avery and Mrs. Vern Rohrabaugh, both of Huron.
