The community was shocked Friday morning, when the report came to town that Lloyd Jones of Bloomington had died the night before. He was sick but a very short time; the cause of his sad and sudden death being lung fever. Lloyd H. Jones was about forty-three years of age, and one of our very best farmers. He had not lived in Story county many years, but had made a host of friends, who join in the sorrow of the bereaved family. The remains were taken to his old home in Polk county, Saturday evening, where they were laid to rest Sunday.
