Southwest Times Record, Fort Smith, Arkansas, Tuesday, February 14, 2006: Carl Lee Kirkpatrick, 70, of Springfield, Mo., formerly of Keota, Okla., died Saturday, Feb. 11, 2006, in Springfield. He graduated from Keota High School in 1954, operated at TV and electronics shop in his home, was a carpenter and worked at Sparks Hospital for 25 years. Funeral will be 2 p.m. Thursday at First Baptist Church in Keota with burial at Keota City Cemetery under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home of Stigler. He is survived by a sister, Gloria Lamb of Springfield, Mo.; and a brother, Joe Kirkpatrick of Tulsa. Pallbearers will be Jimmy and Billy Lamb, Steven Berry, Bobby Martin, James Brown, Dale Tankersly and Bobby Bell. The body may be viewed at the funeral home.
