Phelps, 63 years old, who died Friday at a convalescent home at U. S. Highway No. 40 and hardy street will be held at 10 o'clock Monday at the Jackson Avenue Christian church. A native of Burr Oak, Kas., Mrs. Phelps had lived here thirty years. She was a member of the Jackson Avenue Christian church and the Minute Circle Friendly house. She leaves her husband, Clyde Phelps, 2001 Indiana avenue; a son, Clason Phelps, 5942 Catalina street, Mission, Kans.; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Virginia Thompson, 6922 East Thirty-seventh street; a brother, A. B. Clason, Burlington, Kas., and four grandchildren.
