From the Daily American Republic, Poplar Bluff, Missouri, February 8, 1995, page 6a: Piedmont---Russell Emil Carrow, 80, of Piedmont died Tuesday, Feb. 7, 1995, at his residence. Mr. Carrow was born on Nov. 29, 1914, in St. Louis, He was a retired magistrate judge and a veteran of World War II. He married Dorothy M. Kirkpatrick on Feb. 19, 1974. She survives. Survivors also include one step-son, David Malloy of Sikeston; four stepdaughters, Brenda Davis of Farmington, Alice Malloy of Bedford, Va., Nancy Malloy of Piedmont and Marty Malloy of Poplar Bluff; and 10 step grandchildren. Visitation will be at 5 p.m. today at Ruegg Funeral Home in Piedmont. The funeral will be a 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at the Masonic Cemetery.
