Frank Edward Aycock Sr.

Posted at findagrave.com: Frank E. Aycock Sr. 83, died Sunday in a local hospital. Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Elliott-Hamil Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 542 Hickory, with Drs. George Gaston and Mike Stedham officiating. Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. in Oakwood Cemetery in Cisco. Mr. Aycock was born in Cisco, where he graduated from high school before attending Randolph College (now Cisco Junior College). He lived in San Angelo for one year and Anson two years, moving to Abilene in 1956. He retired in 1972 after 28 years with Halliburton Company. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Abilene and Masonic Lodge 556 in Cisco. He married Estelle Bint in 1938 in Cisco. Survivors include his wife, of Abilene; two sons, Frank Edward Aycock Jr. and Fred Bint Aycock, both of Abilene; and three grandchildren. Memorials may be made to West Texas Rehabilitation Center, 4601 Hartford, Abilene 79605.
