Witter, 56, 828 7th St. NW, died at her home Tuesday after a lengthy illness. The former Olive Koelsch was born May 12, 1907, in Douglas. She was married to Ebbie Witter in 1930. They lived in the Douglas area until 10 years ago, when they moved to Rochester. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Richard of Muscatine, Iowa, and Maurice of Rochester; two daughters, Mrs. Donald Wegman, Jackson, and Karen, living at home; eight grandchildren; and two brothers, Milo and Merton, both of Douglas. Mahler Funeral Home of Pine Island is in charge of funeral arrangements, which are incomplete.
