Surviving are three daughters, Judith Osborne of Evansville, Patrice Hazen of Colorado and Lou H. Duncan of Owensboro, Ky.; and eight grandchildren. Services will be 11 a.m. Monday at St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Henderson, with burial in Fernwood Cemetery there. Friends may call after 1 p.m. today at Tapp Funeral Home in Henderson.
