He was a retired electrician and served in the Air Force from 1948 to 1957. Mr. MacDonald was born Jan. 23, 1931, in Porter, Maine. He was married Sept. 30, 1950, to Carla Hosier. He is survived by his wife; three sons, Charles, Carl and Colin; four daughters, Connie Cooper, Cathy Travers, Claudia Dodge and Cheryl Gutridge; two sisters, Cindy Berube and Jan Iler; and four grandchildren. No services are scheduled. Burial will be at a later date in Kezar Falls, Maine. All Veterans Burial & Cremation, Wheatridge, (303) 234-0911, handled cremation.
