The Record, Greenville, Kentucky, Thursday, July 4, 1918, Page 3, Col. 5: Mr. W. D. Mohon, a prominent citizen of Beech Creek, died at his home Monday night, from appendicitis. Burial was in the Jackson graveyard Tuesday afternoon. He is survived by his widow and ten children.
