Texhoma---Funeral services for James Ralph Evans, 61, of Texhoma, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in the Texhoma Church of Christ, Jimmy Keas, Minister of Hutchinson, Kan. will officiate. Burial will be in the Texhoma Cemetery by Dawson-Welch Funeral Home. Mr. Evans died Sunday in Lola's Convalescent Home in Amarillo where he had been for 10 months. He was born in Pearl and married Nina Stanhope on Aug. 29, 1937, at Friona. He moved to Texhoma in 1938 and worked at the Texas Livestock commission for 15 years. In addition to his wife, two sons and five grandchildren, he is survived by two brothers, Harris of Friona and Winford of Adrian and two sisters, Mr. Clara Mae Michaelson of Minneapolis and Mrs. Lola Callahan of Redondo Beach, Calif.
