Arkansas Democrat, Little Rock, Arkansas, Saturday, September 16, 1950, Page 2, Col. 3: Merchant Dies---Funeral services for Arthur Noel Neal, 83, who died in his home here yesterday, will be conducted by the Rev. Ernest Anderson in the Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe, at 2:30 tomorrow. He as a native of El Paso, Tex.*, and was associated with mercantile stores in El Paso, Little Rock and Camden. He was a member of the El Paso Baptist Church, Camden Lodge No. 11 of F. & A. Masons, Arkansas Consistory, Little Rock, and the Sahara Shrine Temple, Pine Bluff. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Verna Faulk Neal, Little Rock; a son Gerald, Little Rock; four sisters, Mrs. O'Rena Daniels, Little Rock, Mrs. May Lee Farr, St. Louis, Mrs. Gladys Kindlesparger, Odessa, Tex., and Mrs. Corine Fogerty, St. Louis; six brothers, O'Connor, Redfield, Will L., St. Louis, Roy R. Conway, Oatice A., Little Rock and Clarence B., Peterboro, Ontario, and two grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Paul, O. C. and William Neal, Charlie N. Anderson, Donald Denty and William T. Daniel. Honorary pallbearers: W. B. Warren, Little Rock; Ira J. Golden, Paul W. Leming, Farris Middleton, Sam Paulman, all of Little Rock; Alfred Roberts, Beebe; Guy Griffin, S. D. Scott, Clarence O. Wright, all of Camden.
