Arkansas Gazette, Little Rock, Arkansas, Thursday, December 31, 1964, Page 17: Donald Irvine Denty, aged 66, of 1315 State Street, a retired employee of the mapping section of the survey branch of the Army Engineers, died Wednesday. He was a member of Winfield Methodist Church, Magnolia Masonic Lodge 60, Scimitar Shrine Temple and was a president-elect of the Greeters Club of the Shrine. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Bertha Faulk Denty, and a sister, Mrs. Paul W. Wilson of North Little Rock. Funeral will be at Griffin-Leggett by Rev. Joel Cooper. Pallbearers will be Lucien E. Farrell, A. M. Heiney, Gerald Neal, A. R. Traylor, C. E. Walther and Weldon K. Faulk. Honorary pallbearers will be the Greeters of the Shrine Temple and employees of the Army Engineers. Graveside service at Roselawn Memorial Park will be by Magnolia Masonic Lodge.
