He is survived by his wife, Dolores R. Leming from Donna; two sons, William Allen Leming and Donald Earl Leming, both from Bluegrass, Iowa; four grandchildren and two step-grandchildren. Mass will be held at 10 a.m. at St. Pius Catholic Church in Weslaco. Interment will be held in Davenport, Iowa. Arrangements are under the direction of Sagmiller Funeral Home.
