Obituary from the Wichita Eagle, Wednesday, March 9, 1966. Keith Garner Final Rites Will Be Set. Services were pending Tuesday for Keith Edwin Garner, 55, of 376 N. Elizabeth, Garner Floor Co. owner and operator who died Monday. He was born at Unionville, Mo., and moved here in 1928. He was a member of West Side Christian Church, West Side Business Men's Assocation and Modern Woodmen Lodge. Survivors, include his widow, Islo; a daughter, Mrs. David Dysart, Wichita; a son, Jim D., Wichita; a sister, Mrs. Eva Bradshaw, Wichita; and a brother, William A., Wichita. Culbertson Mortuary has charge.
