Robert Elliott

Robert Elliott, with his wife and his son, Nathan Elliott, moved from Cumberland County, Ky. about the year 1869 or 1870 and located on Elm Creek in the northern part of Bell County, Texas, at the place later called Troy. The following year 1871, other members of Robert Elliott's family came to Texas, all of whom settled on Elm Creek or located in Bell County.
