C., he was a son of the late Luther R. and Mrs. Susan West Mosteller. He was an administrator of the National Institute of Health for Upjohn Co. of Maryland. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Kathryn Caskey Mosteller; daughters, Miss Patricia Mosteller of Houston, Miss Susan Mosteller of Atlanta; a son Cecil L. "Les" Mosteller of Jacksonville, Fla.; and a grandchild. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at New Hope Baptist Church, with burial in Douglas Presbyterian Church cemetery. Mahaffey Funeral Home is in charge.
